How do you wake up in the morning? Are you bright and refreshed, or are you more sluggish and wish you could hit snooze a few more times? I’m one that wishes that I could hit snooze just a couple more times in the morning. I’m going to bed way too late and waking up early.
So what would help you wake up? Personally, I love to take a shower first thing in the morning. It wakes me up, and I start my day feeling fresh and clean.
