I LOVE dressing up the dining table that my husband built! It’s become such a focal point in our dining room, and it’s one of the first things people see when they come into our home. I have loved seeing all of the great centerpiece ideas over the years, and this year, I decided to try something simple, and elegant. I love their use of dishes, to create fun and beautiful centerpieces and decorations for the holidays. Yes… they use dishes!
For my centerpiece, I found a beautiful BHG table runner, and platter, to go along with the BHG candle hurricanes that I already have. I picked up some beautiful glittered poinsettia ornaments to go around the platter. You can also find or buy pinecones to fit under the candles. The tall candle has one glittered pinecone under it, while the smaller one has none. You can also find other things to place underneath as well.
