One of my sponsors for BlogHer was Pigtail Pals, an awesome Mommy created, owned and operated shop.  Pigtail Pals redefines girly by featuring designs showing girls doing daring and adventurous things, highlights with “boy colors” like blue and green, and phrases underneath that instead of being demeaning become empowering.
Pigtail Pals now has 10 designs, with long sleeve coordinates for layering. Long sleeves, just like their short sleeves, are 100% pre-shrunk cotton. Infant & Toddlers come in Blue, Red, and Black. Girls comes in Black, with a 5.8oz cotton in a fashion fit. Ladies are 5.4oz and offer a fashion fit, with color choices of Black or Charity Pink(to match the Scientist tee).
Check out how cute we are in our Pigtail Pals Tees!!!
Not only are their shirts super cute, she donates $1 from every shirt sold to charity. Some charities they are/will be working with now through December are: National Garden Assoc Adopt a School Garden, Alex’s Lemonade Stand, Susan G Komen, Pennies for Peace, Kidlinks.
In fact, their Charity of the Month for September and October will be Pennies for Peace, an organization of the Central Asia Institute that brings hope and educational opportunities to children in Pakistan and Afghanistan. They’re also really promoting their super cute Scientist tee that is cooking up a Cure, especially as we head into October and Breast Cancer Awareness month.
As if you needed any more reasons why you should check out Pigtail Pals, here’s one more… She is Socially Responsible: shirts are sweatshop, child labor free, everything they use is recyclable. She uses local vendors, and she uses USPS for shipping b/c they are coming to the customer’s house 6 days a week and not adding to fossil fuel use.
Thanks to Pigtail Pals for sending us each a super cute T-shirt to model for you!!!
