A little while back, I was offered the chance to try out the Select Comfort In Balance Blanket, and I couldn’t say no. I have to have blankets on me when I sleep… even in the hot muggy summers, so finding one that might help me sleep better without getting uncomfortable because of the temperature swings, would be amazing.
According to the Select Comfort Website, the In Balance Blanket offers:
Breakthrough temperature balancing technology allows you to sleep more soundly, with less temperature swings.Outlast® Adaptive Comfort®* material is designed to balance the temperature swings that can cause restless nights—to help you sleep more comfortably each and every night. Filled with hypoallergenic down alternative fiber over a layer of Outlast® Gold Certified material. 300-thread-count 100% cotton sateen cover with 4-inch box construction eliminates shifting of fill. Finished with a 3-inch satin binding on all four sides. Logic™ Label system takes the guesswork out of where to start making your bed.
I’ve had this blanket for a few months now, and waited until now to write up the review, because I wanted to see how the blanket did with Hot & Cold weather. We’ve gone from 80 degree nights to nights in the 40’s, and I’ve really liked this blanket! I feel like I’ve bad more uninterrupted sleep than before. Well, except when the girls wake up in the early morning when it’s still dark and come into my room… but that’s not the blanket’s fault! I don’t notice any tossing and turning, and I don’t wake up with my blankets at my feet from being too warm. I love blankets, and I’m really excited to have the Select Comfort In Balance Blanket in my home!
