I’ve been trying new things lately. I’ve seen a lot of gals wearing headbands while I’ve been out and about with the girls. I decided to see if I could make anything cute. I experimented with the width, and tried adding beads to one. I think they turned out very cute.

All it took was some yarn, and a K crochet hook. I did a single crochet all the way up and back until I reached the desired width. To make the ties, I left some slack on the yarn when I crocheted in the color change. and left more slack on the other side when going back. Once I finished the band, I went back and braided the ties. They are super easy to make, and my girls love picking out their own yarn colors!

I’m hoping to make a whole bunch of them in different colors, with different embellishments on them. I think they’d make a great accessory!
