Can you believe it’s already time to start shopping for the holidays? Where did the year go? I’m not ready for it to be over!!!!

I’m excited to get an early start on shopping though, and Walmart is making it easier! They are bringing back layaway again, and this year, it’s even better! It’s FREE!

In years past, Walmart has charged a nominal fee for opening a layaway, but they’ve listened to their customers and decided to do away with that fee to help customers save even more money!

Walmart’s free layaway means no opening fees, no gift-card reimbursements, just free. Eligible layaway items include electronics, toys, jewelry, small appliances and select sporting goods. And new in 2013 are infant toys and automotive electronics such as speakers and stereos. Don’t forget about Walmart’s Ad Match Guarantee! Bring in an ad with a better price while you have your item on layaway and get that price matched!!!

Layaway doesn’t officially open until September 13th, but they are giving you a chance to start shopping even earlier!
